Refund and Exchange Policy
We understand schedules change and things come up! We are happy to transfer your ticket to a different performance.
To transfer your ticket, please email reservations@cectheatre.org or call 573-474-3699 with the following information:
-- Name on the ticket order
-- Number and type of tickets
-- Original ticket date
-- New performance date
The deadline for ticket transfers is 11:59pm on the original ticket date. Transfer requests are subject to availability.
Unfortunately, Columbia Entertainment Company is not able to offer refunds except in unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
**PLEASE NOTE**
Columbia Entertainment Company does NOT allow the resale of tickets through third party platforms or Facebook. If someone you do not know offers you Columbia Entertainment Company tickets, it is likely a scam!
If you need to transfer your tickets to another person, contact the box office at reservations@cectheatre.org or call 573-474-3699.
General Policies
-- You do not need to print your ticket- simply go to the Pre-Purchased Tickets line and give the volunteer the name on the order.
-- Please save your confirmation email-- it is your receipt!
-- Outside food and beverage is not allowed, unless specifically noted on an event.
-- Please arrive at least ten minutes before the performance begins to allow time to check in and find your seats. For your safety and to avoid interruption to the show, late arrivals may need to wait before entering the auditorium.
-- In the case of a sell-out or waiting list, unclaimed tickets will be released and/or re-sold starting five minutes before the performance begins.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Columbia Entertainment Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
